Scheduling Delivery

Your furniture delivery will be scheduled for the earliest available date on our delivery schedule. We cannot guarantee the time or day of the week of your delivery. After placing an order online, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail summarizing your order. Within 24 hours, you will receive a telephone call from one of our delivery team members to set up a delivery date for your order.  If you place your order in a showroom, your home furnishings consultant will gladly help you schedule your delivery dates before you leave the showroom.

Delivery To Your Home

Our delivery teams consist of two specialists to insure careful placement of the furniture inside your home. Our team will place the furniture in your room of choice; however we will not move your existing furniture or electronics. For timely and safe delivery, please make sure your room is ready!
We appreciate your understanding that significant acts of nature and our concern for the safety of our delivery teams and the public may alter our delivery program. Our delivery teams have cell phones and will communicate delays or changes to their schedule if necessary. We are proud of our delivery system and are ready to serve you!

Pick-Ups from our Distribution Center

All pick-ups are to be made at our Distribution Center in Westfield, NO EXCEPTIONS.  The address is 17779 Sun Park Drive, Westfield IN 46074.   Click Here for a map to our facility.
After placing an order online, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail summarizing your order. Within 24 hours, you will receive a telephone call from one of our delivery team members to verify when you may pick up your order from our distribution center in Westfield.  Items scheduled for pick-up will be in cartons, and may require assembly.  The customer is responsible for securing all product in their vehicle.  Godby Home Furnishings is not responsible for any damages incurred after the product leaves our distribution center.

 Returns

Merchandise received in good condition is not returnable or cancelable, no refunds are available.

Trade Area

It is the intent of Godby Home Furnishings to sell only to persons residing within our normal trade area of Central Indiana.  We will not ship, drop ship, or transport product in any way outside of this area.  Indiana state sales tax will be collected on all orders as directed by state statute.
